We kicked off the international conference project back in 2014.

Initially, we went by the name HRLeaders, but over the years, our conference has become a hub for connecting leaders, experts, and inspiring figures across different business sectors and industries. This evolution led us to rebrand as ^THELEADERS. Now, after a three-year break, we’re returning to our roots. This year marks the 8th edition of the conference.

Expect to encounter exclusively international speakers at the conference, with all lectures and discussions conducted in English

We also care about future generations, which is why we offer free access to live stream of the conference for all educators, students, and non-profit organizations.
