CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Under Act no. 122/2013 Z.z. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter the “Personal Data Protection Act”), the participant of the conference ^THE LEADERS  (hereinafter referred to as the “Conference”) shall, by sending the requested data, grant Maxman Consultants, Ltd. (Trencianska 20, 82109 Bratislava, IČO: 31 379 842) (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) consent to the processing and management of personal data in the extent of: title, name, surname, email, name, surname, email, phone number, home address). The Participant also gives his/her consent to the production, processing and publishing of image, print, audio and audio-video recordings of his/her participation in the Conference and its accompanying actions in public telecommunication channels (TV, Internet, print media) for marketing purposes. As a Participant in the Conference, he/she acknowledges that no financial, material or other entitlement to remuneration or other compensation is incurred as a consequence of the aforementioned publication. The purpose of the processing is to register the persons attending the Conference, marketing purposes, and to send information about planned events and news from the Organizer. The provision of personal data is voluntary, the consent being given for an indefinite period and pursuant to § 20 par. 3 cit. of the Act may be revoked at any time by sending a written request to: info@maxman-consultants.com or to the address of the Organizer. The participant also has the right to be informed about the scope of the processed data, the purposes of its use and limit it. You may contact the Organizer electronically at the above email address.

REGISTRATION FEE CONTENT

The registration fee for attending the ^THE LEADERS conference includes attendance at all speakers´ presentations, the opportunity to participate in any workshop (on the basis of registration and interest), conference and marketing materials, refreshments throughout the day program including lunch, the opportunity to participate in accompanying networking activities, as well as attending a gala dinner associated with the HRLeader and HRTalent awards.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The participant agrees to pay the attendance fee before the conference begins on the basis of the invoice sent. If this is not possible or the Subscriber requests an advance invoice, he / she agrees to inform the Organizer electronically via the email address info@theleaders.sk. If the Participant can not attend the conferences after registration, he / she may leave his / her participation to the alternate selected by him / her. This change, along with the name of the person and his contact details in the scope of the name, surname, email and telephone number, shall be communicated by the Participant to the Organizer at info@theleaders.sk. In the event that the Participant decides to cancel his / her participation completely and does not use the option of sending an alternate instead, he / she will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

– 5 days before the conference and less – 100 % of the registration fee

– 6 – 10 days before the conference – 50 % of the registration fee

– 11 days and more before the conference – no cancellation fee charged

PARTICIPATION IN THE GALA EVENT

The Conference Participant also has the opportunity to participate in the gala dinner connected to the presenting of the HRLeader and HRTalent awards, which will take place in the evening hours after the conference. Participation in the gala dinner is free for the Conference participants, the invitation is valid for one person only and is non-transferable.
